Yes... this is my new prject. Strider vs shiki.
Strider sprites from marvel vs series.
Shiki ryougi from melty blood.
Ive been wanting to use these sprites for awhile now, so why not have them fight. hopefully this doesnt take that long to make. I can tell you now, this will be a very fast paced flash. its blade vs blade, and for those who have seen them in actually games. or looked them up just now to see just who the h*ll they are, you know they are both fast characters. And I want them to be even faster... :)

Ok remember when I said I wasn't going to do sprites anymore? Well... I decided to come out of retirement. Why? well hearing that alvin-earthworm isn't making anymore is sad enough. The only person I know that's still holding strong is R1665. which is great because hes good at what he does. But I just can't have him be the only sprite maker left. That's not cool... No one deserves to be alone :D Like I say to my friends "I never stop running out of ideas, but i can only do one at a time :("
so in other words, I'm going to put one of my ideas in motion! I will give you a test picture below.

Ok ill explain what we have at the moment... First off, Ive never seen a sprite video that focused on Machines/Robots. So I decided to make a flash video that deals with machines getting cut up and blown to bits. Sounds kind of hard for me, but Im sure i can pull it off.. This isnt a series its just a fight. 2 vs ALL. lol I've been playing the Sh*t out of ninja gaiden 3 with that whole steel of bone crap they added. So you can say my inspiration came from that alone. That picture was made on photoshop but thats pretty much what Im aiming for. I wanted a more darking theme to it, but I dont want to looking for backgrounds LOL. OH by the way, this was the VERY FIRST background I ever used in a sprite animation. literally... :) I still have that video posted here so you should watch how Sh*tty it is lmao. omg I was such a noob... ;D

I listened to this really nice song and got this idea to make a Mai vs Leona Fight.
I might do it some day... Im not big on King of fighters at all, but Mai has big jugs and that's pretty much all i wanted to know :/
but seriously.. I think it can be done, with these sprites of course.

So im doing the final scene at this moment and Im finding myself... "repeating" attacks. And its ruining the fight. So I have to redo a lot of stuff ! :/ But other than that everything is going smoothly. I fixed all the previous problems I had and hope I wont have anymore LAG problems lol?

I may be on the final scene but that doesn't mean Im close to finish.. :( I would say i have 7 more minutes to animate LOL sooooooo Im around 70% done. I have everything ready in my head, such as the epic attacks, credits, ending etc. its just the last fight is pretty long and makes me not want to do it. but whatever ill do it. I dont really feel to go so i ont even know if this post make sense and I refuse to check.

I was playing Dead or alive 4 the other day and i cant believe people still play that game online... the funny part was the people that were playing weren't pro's O_O I haven't played that in like 4 years and I won the majority of the matches I played. ANYWAY Cannot wait for DEAD OR ALIVE 5!
and i was thinking... maybe they should have made a DOA x Tekken more than a street fighter x tekken. I think it makes more sense. Ryu hayabusa(ninja gaiden) vs yoshimitsu? Sword fight!? Jane lee vs Law!?! O_o Whaaaaaaaaaaat...

So... Ive been working really hard to finish certain things in the beginning of the flash and Im finally done with it. sad part is, my file is corrupted... DON'T WORRY its not that big of deal. the only corruption is the "symbols". for those who don't know what that is, lets just say every time i reopen Flash, it replaces one of my effects with something random. it's no big deal because once I'm done with the flash ill do the effects last :)

I was looking for new sprites for the second fight and luckily R1665 had exactly what I needed. According to him, he franken-sprited the stunner sprites himself lol. so yeah thanks! :D

I honestly do not have any thing to do this month and that includes Christmas(family doesn't do that) So if I'm lucky, ill be done by the 1st of January. But for that to happen, I need to be working on this everyday and night.. LOL OH! and I decided to add a special ending to this. It's actually something I really want to happen... when I say that you wont know what I mean unless you spent alot of time on Mugen. the ending will also open your mind to the possibility of a new episode. BUT! there will not be one ^_^ this is the final episode. lol so yeah...

SO I HAVE DECIDED ON SOMETHING. i really dont want to do this but its necessary ! Im going to add alittle SMBZ style into it. if you dont know what that is... then go type it in at the newgrounds search bar. Alot of people(noobs) use his style because it resembles the anime dragon ball z. but lets all be honest its totally overrated. :/ But i stated thinking. this flash that im working on isnt just a street fighter flash, its a street fighter flash that has characters with super human strength, and speed. So I need to mix it up a bit. But Im not talking about, using the DBZ sound effects and whole "OMG im about to OK this guy with a special kick"
Im talking... characters moving with the background at x5 speed. and explosions going off when necessary. :)

As Promised... ill show you some pictures of what I'm working on so far. I was hoping I would be at the starting point of fight #2 by now, but im not. Im about to end fight #1 so i would say im about 10% done. lol not very far i know, but trust me its a good thing that im taking my time and not rushing it...
