i dont no if that was your first animation. if it was you did a pretty good job lol
seems you have a problem with fps though. or should i say your using to many sprites for one point in the in flash(meaning when ryu punches you used all the sprites FOR the punch making in a slooow punch because the fps is to low lol)
just make it alittle faster and your good to go :D 10/10

ill give you guys a 10. . . the voices were pretty good.
the animation didnt really catch me and thats because i watch alot of anime lol. BUT it was smooth. I noticed you didnt have sound effects. if you need some go to

There are some sound effects here and there, so it's pretty sparse. the next episode will have a bigger array of SFX since it's going to be more action packed.

not bad for a start

seems you have 2 MAIN problems. . .
1st is that you lack in lining the sprites up. (dont worry im not trying to be mean)
you can try what i do sometimes. Make a new layer called Guide and not only do you make a bright, thin outline around your work space(the hole square) also make a line for where everyone stands.

2nd your fps. Im not sure if your doing to much than what you have to, or you have the fps to low. Mine is 15 fps lol i like it that way. looks like your using 12.
try setting it higher OR just stretch the movements out on each keyframes.

but it was good enough to watch ya no? so im giving you 10
